The Funk at Rainbow's End

As I was making dinner today, and in a bit of a funk, I looked outside to see a rainbow culminating in our tiny town. I don't know about you, but my first rainbow in a new house is always a big deal.

So I rushed outside with Lukas, to show him his first real rainbow, and we stood there for a few minutes, enjoying the view. What made the moment even more special was our neighbor, the opera singer, who seemingly sings the sun to sleep most evenings. And the birds don't seem to mind, they had a melody all of their own going, to which Lukas shouted, "Vogel!"

Another dreamy night in Kleinsendelbach... and with that, I was able to leave my pre-menstrual funk behind.
