I took Lukas along with me to North Beveland today, where we watched our new friends Stacy, Carol, and Janet in their riding lessons. I've always wanted to take lessons, and since this is seemingly the mecca of horse (and bike) riding, I think this might be the perfect opportunity! I can hardly wait, but I'll have to find someone to look after Lukas for a few hours a week before I can begin. Well, I've waited this long!
But what's wonderful is that it's so very peaceful out there. The birds are singing, the horses are grazing on dew-covered grass, and people are constantly coming and going, be it for lessons, or to care for their other "other" half.
Will that be me in two-year's time?
